It's so much easier for people who are not familiar with technology to be able to access this software via their smart phones or computers. This has been helpful for us as we have many clients spread out all over our country that cannot make it into our office very often due to time constraints but still need access to important information when they do come in. I can't think of anything specifically about this program because I am unfamiliar with it but if you're looking for something simple to manage your employees schedule without having them constantly emailing you, then I would recommend using this product! We've solved problems by allowing everyone access from wherever they may be at any given moment.
