The ease of using it for my day-to-day work needs! It has made scheduling meetings incredibly simple as I can see who's free at any given time without having them email me back every single one individually (or worse send reminders). There are some minor glitches here or there but nothing that makes you stop what your doing - just something about how they display certain things sometimes when editing events doesn't quite match up 100% perfectly so its hard not have doubts like "oh no maybe this

I love how it has different view options that make planning my day easier for me! The layout looks very professional as well which helps when you are trying to present something visually appealing/professional at work or school etc :) It can be difficult sometimes if there's too much going into one screen but this could just mean more time consuming instead of being unable figure out what certain icons do. I really like how you can add multiple calendars if there are more than one member of your organization using it at once! It's very user friendly for someone who has never used any type software before because they have everything right out front where everyone sees them all day long!! It's so much easier for people who are not familiar with technology to be able to access this software via their smart phones or computers. This has been helpful for us as we have many clients spread out all over our country that cannot make it into our office very often due to time constraints but still need access to important information when they do come in.
