My girl is 5 so I raised her 6T. It's a little loose and goes almost to the ground, but she walks and runs in it with no problem. The skirt is wide, below there is a harness of medium length. There is a strong zipper as well as ties to tie for a better fit. The front is intricately embroidered with threads and blue beads imitating pearls. It is well made and well stitched but needs a little steam ironing to keep it looking perfect. She looks absolutely gorgeous in it!
