Review on Packed Data Exchange by Shahed Cleveland

It's very easy for someone who has never used this software before as well as training new users how use everything available in PDX. In our industry there are many different companies with similar products but they don't always work together like these do! If I had any issues at first - its because i was using another product from an old vendor which did not integrate properly w/PDE once integrated things were awesome!! Customer service also seems really good overall- if something goes wrong customer support gets back quickly & fixes problems efficiently.- As mentioned above integration between other vendors needs improvement however now both my email client AND Salesforce connect seamlessly without issue via "Linked Accounts"-.
