I chose M because my measurements matched the chart perfectly, but it was a little shorter than I expected from the picture, and also a little tight (less draped than I expected ) and boxers too. I'm 5'4", 130 pounds, a size between 4 and 6. Being smaller than expected, it rises when I sit down. Musical performance. But as I said, it's lined and my stomach doesn't show much .
