I like how easy it is for me as an individual who works in customer service, but also has limited time/resources available when dealing with my own department's issues or problems; this allows us all at once have access to many different people within our organization so we can get answers fast! Sometimes there are errors which create delays while waiting patiently until someone gets back to you (which means they won't answer your questions).

We've used various email platforms over these past few years- mostly because of cost involved & ease using them compared to other options out there such as G Suite etc.- however now that we're moving into 2019 things will be changing again due to Google discontinuing support from their products - meaning if anything breaks down then no one knows what could happen next without warning beforehand leading up towards another disruption - hence why switching services was necessary since not everyone else provides good quality software solutions nor do others understand client needs / requirements well enough. The best thing about this software is its ability for my clients get in touch with me anytime of their day or night, no matter where they are! It's also very easy using when sending out mass market email campaigns too!! I would definitely recommend them as an amazing platform especially if you're looking forward to getting your business going online since it really helps us make our time management easier during working hours. Very convenient so far :).
