So if you don't know what it is for or how to take it then I don't think this is for you. as there are no instructions on how to use this product on the label, on the product page or even on the rhipco.com brand website. It is assumed that you know what the ingredients do for you and how and when to take them. I had to learn how to use this by looking at other similar products, which led me to find other products at lower prices that provided information on what their product does and how and when to take it, so I tend to buy this one product in the future vs. Taste wise it's ok, sweet and masks the taste of additives quite well, just enough to be easy to consume. I mixed it with 8 ounces of water in the morning before starting my day. It takes a while to dissolve, but eventually it dissolves well enough to drink without being too gritty, scratching your throat, or causing a cough. Doesn't make me jittery or energized, but enough energy to feel good and get through a long day. I don't use it every day just on days when I'm more active and need to support my body during a hard day and it helps reduce fatigue and body aches at the end of a long day. In terms of price, it's a bit more expensive than other brands (note the price jump from $29.99 on August 21 to $34.99 on October 21). But overall I prefer the ingredients in this product to almost any other product with the same active ingredients. It doesn't have all the standard fillers and flow agents used in many products and that's the only reason I would buy it again. Now if the instructions and product benefits were listed for each ingredient I would be even more impressed.
