Review on 💡 Epson 252XL Ink Cartridge Replacement: ejet Remanufactured 10-Pack for WF-3640 WF-3620 WF-7210 WF-7710 WF-7720 Printer by Scott Gamache

After my initial check (below) this company's customer service contacted me to offer a refund for a defective item. I was impressed that (1) they contacted me and that I didn't have to bother them, and (2) instead of just refunding one defective cartridge (out of 5), they offered a full refund in the form of a Revain credit. They didn't have to do this and I feel like they went above and beyond to fix the problem with one cartridge. Because of this I have updated my review and rating and would not hesitate to buy from them again knowing they stand behind their products. It's also worth noting that these cartridges work great in my Epson WF-3640. These cartridges appear to be good replacements for original Epson cartridges which are much more expensive. However, one of the black cartridges leaked in the sealed plastic, rendering it unusable. It would be better if all cartridges could be used, especially the black one as it is the most commonly used.
