Review on SilverStone 40108 EP02 Speicher Controller Gemeinsam by Sadik Pinger

This device uses a JMicron USA Technology Corp. bridge. JMS567 SATA 6Gb/s. I've tried both versions of firmware on Silverstone's website, but in each case inserting or removing a hard drive completely resets the case. All lights flash and the Linux host reports a reset. Drives disappear in Linux and then reappear. It is not possible to support mounting a drive through this event.
