Easy to assemble; has an institutional feel
It was very easy to assemble. Just 12 screws, an Allen key and pieces of plywood. Plywood consists of thin, alternating light and dark layers; This is clearly visible on the edges of the boards. This makes it clearer than other types of plywood that it is not solid wood and gives the bookcase an institutional or contemporary look rather than a traditional home look. However, the quality seems very good for the price. The color is much lighter than natural pine; it goes very well with the color of our alder furniture.
