Bought this chair cover to try and salvage an old rocking/swivel chair after buying a new La-Z-Boy. The old one had a faux leather trim that was peeling off. otherwise still very comfortable, but my wife said it would have to be expanded :-). For $29 we thought we might try to keep the old one for a while. The sliding cover went through fairly easily. If you spend more time than me, you could probably line up the seams in the back a little better than I did. Once I had it to my satisfaction I took some upholstery nails and secured the cover to the underside of the chair to keep it from moving. This case does not come with some of the foam pieces that you see on others to put next to your pillow to keep the case from falling out when you stand up. If that's a problem I'll add some, maybe with pipe insulation from a local hardware store. Considering the price, it's probably worth the investment compared to buying new.
