That's just perfect. I bought it for my kid, I use it to hang it on the headrest in front of his car seat and on his stroller. As my child's car seat is likely to be low, I have an infant carrier, I would not place it directly on the child's head as he could bang his head once he can pull himself up. BUT from the side, from the side that can be lifted, it's just perfect. Basically, it can be used in any possible position. It has 3 speed/strength settings. Slow medium and high. Very good air does not bother the baby or my little one. No sound, just a very, very low rumble? It's ok because it's a fan lol. I wanted it to be red but black is great too. --- For the company: Make a red LED light on the fan blades for children to see. and i will buy 2 more lol. ----******* Update ********** It's still great! Probably a month since I received it, maybe even longer. BUT stay away from tiny, curious baby hands, my baby is 5 months old and already has his fingers in the fan. Nothing special, he didn't even cry! I was more scared than him. Well it was my fault I didn't twist the legs properly and it sunk in halfway from where I placed it. so he managed to grab it.
