The first application was good because I used to always cover my gums with a handkerchief.
Mold does not form well. Tried several times and didn't work. The formula itself works well as I simply cut the trays and used them as is. The first use was good as I had lined my gums with a tissue before putting the mouthguard in, but the second use was terrible as I was trying to reshape the mouthguard and one of them sat down and even used the formula a good mouthguard got on my gums.
