I was nervous about buying a prebuilt gaming PC after seeing Asus ROG Strix GL-10DH with bad Quality was bought club warehouse (returned next day). I've built half a dozen PCs over the years and am very picky about components. This CyberPowerPC (GXiVR8060A10) completely changed my perspective. Almost everything about this PC impressed me. Just. wow.1. Case and ventilation volume: 4 x 120 mm CoolerMaster fans and sufficient case airflow2. Next, the motherboard wasn't nameless junk on the bottom shelf, it's an MSI B460M PRO-VDH WiFi with 2 easy-to-access M.2 NVMe slots, 4 DIMM slots, and a couple of heatsinks over parts like the VRM and chipset. In addition, it is mounted very solidly - the mainboard does not bend when removing and installing DIMM3 modules. GPU - another legal component - Gigabyte Gv-N1660SOC 1660 Super with 2 "Windforce" fans, 6GB. In the fourth quarter of 2020, it is almost impossible to buy even a good budget GPU that people are selling at inflated prices. Even the DDR-4 DIMM was decent and had a heatsink. Ignore the fact that it was a single 8GB DIMM - ADATA XPG, I upgraded anyway. While a 10th Gen Intel i5 like this I5-10400f (performance wise) may not be as sensitive to 2 DIMMs in a dual channel configuration as the Ryzen 3000 or 5000 series, I would prefer if CyberPowerPC would set its own 8GB as 2x4GB in dual channel. config This is my only minor complaint5. Even the 500GB M.2 NVMe SSD was at least a decent model - the WD Blue SN550 (don't expect a sub-$1,000 Samsung EVO 970)6. Price. One of the reasons my expectations were low was the ridiculously low price I paid for it on Black Friday. I even called a friend and told him "buy this NOW". The current price of $800 is still impressive given the component quality and overall build quality. Did I mention that even the cables are very cleanly finished, hidden from view and not blocking airflow?
