Readings are inaccurate

I bought these for my sister and her family. Three family members took the temperature in the frontal mode twice a day, in the morning and in the afternoon. The three readings were the same. They couldn't understand why. They tried for several days and got the same results. Why?

The large backlit LCD screen is easy to read in the dark. The multi-colored fever warning system makes it easy to identify the presence of a fever. Quiet mode allows you to keep an eye on children without waking a sleeping child or a child when they are not feeling well. Easy change from F to C.
