I ordered 6 pieces. Well, after 3 days the device above my dryer stopped working (the device made a weird buzzing noise that the other devices didn't have, then the blue light eventually went out). A device was installed above the bulkhead on either side of the kitchen sink window and while the blue light was on leading me to believe the devices were working, the number of ants entering through the window did not change compared to before. Installation. A small spider also lived on the screen. All creatures felt comfortable in my home. The ants happily congregated on my sponge holder just 2 feet from one of the devices. I removed all 6 units after almost a week, went to Walmart and bought a $22 pest control unit which I just plugged into one of the outlets next to my kitchen window. I haven't seen an ant all day. Coincidentally, in our hallway, my cat finally caught a little mouse that she's been trying to throw out of our closet for a week. Paying that much for a unit is a bit of a shame, but if it works I can do it. Note from June 5, 2020: The company offered me $40 and then $50 to delete my review. I declined.
