Review on πŸ–₯️ Silverstone Precision Micro Chassis - SST PS07B by Micha Sarnowski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.

After the old Aerocool 9 just heaven and earth. Steel is much thicker. No window perforations, etc. Stylish black box. After some deliberation, I installed the PSU (OCZ ZS650W) with the fan down. It is very convenient to remove all the walls of the case, including the roof, and of course, the platform for the motherboard is removed, which is very convenient. He moved all the iron from the old building in an hour. I fiddled a little with cable management, but in the end everything is very neat and pleasing to the eye. Removable basket for HDD removed. The flow of 2 x 120mm fans directly enters the Zalman Optima and further to the exhaust. I put the only HDD in the lower mini-basket - removed the SSD up to the DVD drive / The temperature of the HD7850 (1100/1200) in the load is 53 degrees maximum (the cooling system for the video card Arctic Cooling Accelero Twin Turbo II (900 rpm) is installed) in idle 30 degrees. Temperature i5-3450 (3700Mhz) in idle 29 degrees - LINx load - 65 degrees maximum . Room temperature + 26 degrees. The supplied fans are quite quiet but the flow is rather weak. With 7 working valves (2 stock 120mm for blowing + 1x120mm blowing + processor 120mm + 2x90mm video card cooling + 135mm power supply), absolute silence. The temperatures of all components in idle time are 30-32 degrees. The case, although not new, is very stylish and well made for its price. Definitely a 5 out of 5 rating.

Pros
  • 1. Silence 2. Temperature indicators of system components are minimal 3. Quality of materials and equipment 4. Style and compact size 5. Sophisticated design (cable management, convenient support for tower coolers, support for long video cards, exit motherboard platform. )
Cons
  • Slightly difficult to connect HDD when using CPU tower coolers
