Purchased to turn a computer in the basement into a TV in the living room for gaming. First, it doesn't work with my (somewhat old) Denon receiver. Not sure if there is too much data to handle HDMI or what, but at 1080p it flickered - never had a problem with any other HDMI input (Blu Ray Player, Xbox One X, Revain Fire Cube, SteamLink , Nintendo Switch etc .) . When connected directly to the TV, the video displays fine, but then I can't use the surround sound or speakers just through the TV. USB connections work for my mouse/keyboard combo and for wired Xbox controllers, but do not appear to work with a Bluetooth adapter or Xbox wireless controller receiver. Also doesn't work with a USB hub (even with its own power supply). Will have to reconsider the USB configuration. Finally, the picture is NOT (REPEATING NEEOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL) perfect and lossless. There are artifacts. Not scary, but noticeable up close. It looks like JPG compression. You don't notice it that much when the game is running, but trying to read text on the desktop isn't fun. Haven't decided yet whether to return it or not.
