Review on 🎧 Sennheiser Momentum In-Ear (Android) - Black Red by Stephen Good

This is my honest review of almost a year of use. So I bought this set in November 2016. Great sound, I liked the feel. The cable had a very good extra length. Unfortunately, during the first 3 months of use, which was average with no abuse, the earbuds began to fall off the earbuds regularly. Unfortunately, this also resulted in the loss of several headphones. Recently, around May / June 2016, the audio connection from the plug became unstable and is partially or completely cut off separately in the ears. When they contacted support they said they could do it. repaired and sent back under 2 years warranty. However, using their website according to their instructions made it VERY difficult to write and place a repair order. Is still in the application process. I guess I'll wait until it gets so frustratingly unbearable that I go through the replacement process and consider other headphones as well. Final thought: the sound is great, the quality is good, the case that comes with it is not an easy recommendation but should be used at all times (maybe even when listening to music) as it is quite prone to breakage and the customer service is uh.
