Review on Sysfore Retail by Russell Rabbach

I love how simple it was for our staff, customers & anyone else who needed access too - they could all use this easily! This software has saved us so much time by allowing everyone in my small business (including me!) not only easy peasy cashiering but other functions like inventory management etc are also super useful!! It would have been nice if there were more options when you first install such things we had no idea what some features did until after playing around w/it awhile- maybe give users an overview? But apart from those minor issues i wouldn't change anything about sysoff retailPOS. We've used 3 different pointofsale systems over 12 years now since starting up at one location then expanding and adding another 2 stores within two months afterwards. ! So far its always worked well enough though sometimes slow running out front counter which isn'r ideal especially during busy times however once done everything runs smoothly again :) I like the fact that it has a good customer service department. That makes a big difference when you're in need of help. It is very easy to use, and the software is intuitive. There are some features that are missing, but they are working on fixing those issues. I don't have any dislikes about this program. It meets all my needs. It is a great product for retail stores. It helps keep track of inventory, purchase orders, and customers.
