Review on πŸ”Š Black Yamaha NS-555 3-Way Tower Speaker with Bass Reflex (Each) by Dorota Sarwa ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good quality product, I rate this purchase excellent.

I put it to use with NG and can honestly say that I have zero regrets about making the purchase (I went for the 475th receiver)! A sound that exudes self-assurance and is devoid of drawdowns, overloads, and superfluous backdrops. You will need to play about with the settings so that you can, for instance, locate a clear average range when you are listening to soul music (fortunately, the specified receiver has plenty of them). I was blown away by the extremely high-quality bass, which can even be a little overwhelming at times. Reading customer reviews that talk about how the lacquer finish collects dust and how the speakers sound. You should probably clean your houses more frequently, fellas. The TV cabinet that is adjacent to my speakers is finished in a matte wenge wood, and it has even more dust on it. It's possible that the rear location of the phase inverter output will become a minor issue for some people, like it is for me. Conclusion: if you are planning on listening to music, you may safely limit yourself to these fronts; however, if you are planning on going to the movies, you will need to shell out the money for the entire set (333, 444, and a sub to taste) - just so everything is covered. It's likely going to be a step-by-step process.

Pros
  • Tops and bottoms with design and self-assurance. It is not necessary to have a substitute.
Cons
  • mellow central frequency band, bass-reflex output at the rear
