First of all this product wasn't new, obviously second hand and sold as new. That's not normal. The housing was dented and the joysticks were very visibly dirty. So the rating will not be higher than 2. On the plus side, however, if you've lost your originals or they no longer work, it's the perfect replacement for playing in handheld mode on the Switch at an amazing price. The downsides, the shape, you can't use any more accessories you have, the rumble just isn't right (that HD rumble ruined me), and the left joikon buttons are a bit odd, but that's really it. If this product had arrived new and unused it would have received a 4.5 out of 5. --Upgrade entitlement is no longer activated after less than one month of use. Ordered spare parts kit if they also die remains 1. Spare parts were also needed. It stays at level 1
