Review on Ascention by Jonathan Lamp

The team at ascention have been very supportive over my career so far; they care about their people (and me) as much if not more than themselves! We've worked together since 2013 across various areas including digital transformation & business operations support. They're great communicators who can work well with both internal teams/ colleagues but also external partners or customers too. Great leadership structure which is really important - there's no hierarchy here where you feel like "the boss" has power over your success or that it all rests upon them alone. It feels like everyone pulls weight and helps each other out without feeling resentful towards one another. Sometimes I wish our projects were bigger though! But these days smaller engagements seem less popular among clients. Overall this partnership was a good fit because everything works from A-Z seamlessly between us and makes things easier by working closely alongside eachother. We solve problems.
