I put the product on my glasses at 6am and now 3 hours have passed. So far this has worked. The product website says it works for up to 24 hours. Instructions for use are not indicated on the product. You need to go to the manufacturer's website. All you have to do is clean the lenses with a microfiber cloth. Then you spray the product on both sides of the lenses and let it dry to a veil. After drying, simply polish the lens surfaces. I put it on before I iron my clothes for work. I am very comfortable. Now I can have a conversation while wearing a mask and still see the person I'm talking to. I will update later in the day. So far I can highly recommend this product. Update: Anti-Fog continued to work for over 24 hours. I walked two full days and had no fog. I was ready to be disappointed, but I'm far from it. Buy, buy, buy.
