As a result of using this product, I found that it frequently malfunctioned, losing data and sometimes simply not even recognizing my inputs. The pros were minimal, as it did sometimes track my activity with reasonable accuracy. However, the cons far outweighed this one positive point. The technology seems outdated and unreliable - I would not recommend this device for any fitness enthusiast looking to accurately track their progress.
