After I sprained my ankle, I tried other braces that made my ankle worse. They are perfect because they lie flat on the soles of my feet and don't interfere with the molded orthotics I wear in my shoes. They are easy to create and customize. I have them on both ankles and they have helped me a lot. I was going through a critical phase of my injury so I don't need a brace. I didn't rate them for stability. They are stable enough for my current needs. They are super comfy. I recommend them.
