Review on Womens Evening Bridesmaid Formal Purple by Matt Travers

Very beautiful floor-length tulle skirt; full and light with a shorter satin petticoat, fun to wear.

Beautiful tulle skirt; it is quite fluffy and full and comfortable to wear. I ordered this for my teenage granddaughter to wear to a special birthday photoshoot. She's 5ft 8" and wears a size 18 and I'm pretty sure a one size version would be tight and ugly so I was glad there was a plus size version available too. When I placed my order the only colors available were white and pink so I went with pink. It's a light but not faded or washed out shade of pink and it's really pretty enough heels. The skirt sits well on the waist and is comfortable when worn with a tucked in top or bodysuit, but is a bit scratchy otherwise. The unstretched waistband on XL is 26" and I can easily stretch it to 40" without pulling on the elastic. The tulle is made up of several very light layers and the petticoat ensures that the petticoat doesn't show through. Petticoat might be too tight as some of these skirts are, but is actually ok - roomy enough to walk and sit comfortably d goes well with tulle overlays Petticoat is a few inches shorter than the tulle layers Waistband is quite narrow (elastic width about 1 inch) so the skirt bulges a lot at the waist, but if this is uncomfortable, it can be cinched with a belt or Belts can be softened a bit. This skirt is a simple design with a minimum of seams, most of which are not visible, and is fairly well made to withstand multiple wears if the thin tulle is careful with it. The granddaughter will later wear it as part of a suit or something. Certainly not the quality of a skirt in the same style from bridal magazine azine, but I think it's pretty good considering the cost. The current price of $32.99 seems reasonable.
