Dampers are almost perfect. I can't figure out how to contact support. 2 of the 4 shock absorbers ordered are not free to move. 2 gets stuck in full extension and does not return to full extension. The other 2 work amazingly well. Rated 3 out of 5 until I fixed the other 2.
