Review on 🖱️ SteelSeries Aerox 3 Wireless: Ultra-Light Gaming Mouse with TrueMove Air Sensor – 18,000 CPI – Water Resistant Design – 200 Hr Battery – Ghost by Everald Mendez

This mouse is probably my favorite mouse I've used from several Razer, Corsair and Logitech mice (honorable mention for the Corsair M65 ). The only problem is that the smooth rubber on the sides is a little sticky (two Rival 600s broke less than 6 months after purchase). The sides of the mouse now slide out to accommodate weights, so in theory Steelseries could just ship a replacement part, but they don't have replacement parts so you'll have to ship them to them first. The reason for the 2 stars is that the quality of Mouse Control Issues is not new to Steelseries, but more importantly their support is probably the worst in the business. Who cares that Logitech mice often break when customer service quickly sends you a replacement. I spent two weeks opening multiple RMA requests with Steelseries and ended up getting a $60 coupon at the Steelseries store (yes, the mouse is $80 at their store) and I didn't get an answer as to why the coupon wasn't was intended for replacement costs mice. At this point, I'm not sure I'll end up getting a replacement mouse without having to downgrade or pay out of pocket. Big mistake sending it to their support team! I encourage everyone to use their credit card guarantees on all Steelseries products so you can skip their support entirely. GREAT PRODUCT, WORST SUPPORT IN THE INDUSTRY. I'll be happy to provide a copy of Steelseries correspondence if they really care about their customers.
