Ladies feet do not fit size 10

I am so disappointed that they do not fit my 12-10ft height. They hold but they really hurt, especially for a few hours (before bed) which is why I bought them. Especially considering I'm on a very tight budget and bought these to make up for the fact that I can no longer afford a pedicure. They should make it clear that they are not suitable for large feet. especially considering my feet are not that big and I have never had this problem in my 33.5 years on this planet.
