Bought this dough mixer because it came with the package. Especially with cookie cutters. mmm CLASS! Everything is strong and durable. I am disappointed that the pastry blender handle is so small/narrow. I don't like getting my hand caught when trying to mix the butter/shortening into the flour. My other baking mixers (currently in storage) are wider and fit all four fingers comfortably. This brand only fits 3 fingers comfortably, but I prefer to use all 4 fingers when applying pressure. Cookie cutter handles are awkward to store as you need to stack them in the correct order to save space, otherwise they are a great feature. to hold onto the knife while cutting the dough. I have not yet used a pastry brush or flat spatula. maybe one day. 🙂
