I am an adult who was recently diagnosed with ADHD. I have trouble paying attention at work. I heard that fidget toys can help kids with attention, so I tried it out for myself.This is my second fidget toy, so I'm not an expert compared to its competition, but I am an expert compared to not having one for most of my life: this little thing REALLY helps me out.I can pay closer attention during work meetings and long phone calls or Zoom calls with talkative people. It even helps me stay focused during a Dungeons and Dragons session online with my friends, where before it was harder to keep my mind from wandering in between my character's turns.Give this a shot.
