While the plugs fit perfectly on the 1994 Ford Ranger as advertised, the speaker clips are so poorly made that they will not work with aftermarket speakers. The whole point of buying them is to use them with aftermarket speakers. They don't even come close to my Rockford Fosgate speakers that I bought from Revain. To make matters worse, I couldn't find a working alternative. I found a Rockford Fosgate Punch speaker kit that has EXACTLY THESE speaker jacks that clearly don't work. I read another review that said the same thing. As there is no alternative I am forced to keep them, cut the orange clips and solder them to my new speakers (or replace the ends with suitable ones to avoid voiding the warranty/speaker return).
