This durable bag with comfortable shoulder strap padding makes it easy to carry without digging into your shoulders. The interior is huge and offers enough space to store many items. I only wish there were more pockets for small things and accessories! There's a pair for pens and pencils, and some handy RFID pockets to protect your cards from fraudsters, but personally I would have preferred more small spaces for my stuff so I didn't end up with a bunch of small items floating around in the doctor's bag. The backpack itself opens wide and is huge on the inside. The padding between the laptop sleeve and the outside is thick, but I think it could be a bit thicker for more protection. Considering the current price I think it was a good buy and it will get the job done! It also has USB and headphone jacks, as well as a handy pouch for storage. Great item, my only complaint is the lack of storage space for small items.
