In short, after a month they decided that this was a warranty case, but they cannot return the money, but I can exchange it for the same ones, but green. Naturally, I said no, I want the same ones, then altercations began and the blame was placed on the main office. After several months of sorting things out with the connection of the central office, I was given a new 2nd generation. Perhaps someone will say that it’s cool, I got new ones for free, and even the 2nd generation. I agree, only at the time of purchase they were the most expensive headphones in the segment and I didn’t break anything, I just asked to fix what didn’t work, and I had to spend 2 months of my time! But donkeys like me don't learn anything))) And I bought myself a Beosaund stage! It does not work!)))) This log is constantly losing the network, either by wire or by wi-fi.
