I work as a security guard in a hospital that usually has a lot of patients with mental disorders. I hated it when the radio broadcast information for everyone to hear. I bought it thinking that my problems are solved, the information remains confidential, I received information while my hands were busy, and the information reached me more clearly. I bought these for my team and I on February 20th 2019 when we first started using them they were very sensitive and noisy. I had to turn the radio up to hear clearly. Now just 2 months later I have the same radio, I turn it up to full blast and still can't hear what my team is broadcasting. I have to go back without a headset.
