Review on Adapter 1200Mbps Wireless External Mac10 6 10 14 by Justino Pratama

I will be careful with my evaluation of this model. My best friend recommended this particular product as he has been using it for several years and has nothing but good things to say about it. He plays with me and he never had any lags or problems with it. However, my experience was completely different. I have Windows 8. First I installed it from a CD. Immediately my computer started to freeze and then blue screen. I rebooted which took significantly longer than usual and after logging in I got nothing but a blank screen. I forced a reboot, opened in safe mode and rebooted from the system restore point. I then spent about 15 minutes going through the questions before I found where to download the driver directly. It was a weird download and install, and to be honest it looked more like spyware. It also broke my computer. I did a system restore and then tried one last time. It seems to have worked, although after a reboot the boot times were significantly slower again. I was able to connect to my WiFi for a full 30 seconds before my computer stopped recognizing the device. I'm not computer illiterate either. I built my computer a few years ago and repaired computers for a while. I decided running a 100ft network cable down the stairs was better than using this device. I returned it.
