I was a bit overwhelmed by how important it is to this seller that I am happy with the screen protector I bought from them. Before the item arrived I received an email saying that if there was a problem with the screen protector they would fix it. In the email I also found detailed instructions on how to install the screen protector correctly. When the item arrived it was packaged very well and the packaging assured me that I would be delighted to open it. The screen protector was in perfect condition, and in the box I found some alignment tabs and even a small cloth to keep the screen clean. If you follow the instructions that MEGOO sends with the protective film, everything should work perfectly. If the setup isn't perfect, it's up to you. If I hadn't told anyone I had a protective film on my screen, they would never have known it was there. It fits perfectly and the holes on my Microsoft Surface Pro line up perfectly. My touchscreen works the same as it did before the screen protector was installed, with no noticeable loss in sensitivity. My best advice is to follow the directions and install the screen protector EXACTLY as directed and you will be a happy customer!
