When I first used this screen protector I was a bit disappointed. Sensitivity was low and my surface pen didn't work with it. But after I left a review, the company contacted and sent a replacement. It works great! The sensitivity is great and my pen works great with it on my Surface Pro 3. More than happy with the new protection.

Update: I received a replacement screen protector (two packs were actually sent). It fit perfectly and went well. The customer service and satisfaction they provide is outstanding. One of the corners of the screen protector looked a bit torn but I decided to try and install it. I liked everything about it and the installation was easy (followed the instructions exactly) but the top corner of the tread didn't stick properly. I checked YouTube and followed the nail tip to get rid of the bubble then tried a map to smooth it but it didn't work.
