Update: I received a replacement screen protector (two packs were actually sent). It fit perfectly and went well. The customer service and satisfaction they provide is outstanding. All companies must have a page from the Megoo! I bought a screen protector for my Surface Pro which apparently was the wrong one. I had trouble sealing it bubble free and cracked in the process. Several messages with the company and confirmation of the correct model, they send me a replacement screen protector. They were very attentive to my problem and made sure I was satisfied. Customer service is definitely 5 stars.
