I like that it allows me to have more than one person participate at once, which makes for an even better experience! It's easy enough when you've used other programs before but this was my first time using something similar so i didn't know what would be needed or how much work there'd been involved with getting things set up right (and working). The user interface could use some improvement because sometimes people don;t see their messages unless they're actually logged into hotscripts pro chats rooms themselves - not sure why? There are also times where if someone has left out certain information then everyone else sees them as well meaning all our questions go unanswered until we get around him later. This program helps us keep track og who wants help after hours from different places by having several options available without needing multiple emails sent back forth between each department head etc., We can now easily answer customer queries directly via live video rather tha just sending through email only being able reply within minutes instead waiting days while trying tto figure everything ourselves Easy to use and customize. It's responsive and easy to use. The support is also great. I had no problems. The only thing is that it can be a little expensive for some users. I recommend HotScripts to anyone looking for a great chat solution. It's great for any business that needs an easy to use chat solution. I'm using it to interact with my customers. I've been able to create a great customer experience in a short amount of time.
