I bought these batteries for my cordless phone at home. I only had to change the battery on one phone. I billed them one day and after that they worked one day. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me 3 replacement packs. Excellent customer service. Update 08/18/2021 After I had received 3 replacement batteries for my cordless phones, they went out again after 2 days without power. I looked for batteries for my cordless phones at local stores, but unfortunately no one was selling them. Obviously these batteries are old and that's why they were so cheap in the first place. I didn't want to risk it, so I just bought a new cordless phone with two handsets. I am updating my overall rating to 2 stars due to bad batteries. Buyer Warning.
