They are slim fitting but ventilated, easy to put on and take off and are comfortable all day long. I'm happy to report that they perform very well on slippery, icy decks and even in the snow (pre-made trails) as well as outdoors in the rain. They love getting something out of the shed but are too lazy to put their boots on. Run short distances in them, they are comfortable and safe. I would buy them again and probably should as it has taken years to find a pair of indoor/outdoor slippers. So far they are holding up very well. Two things I don't like and the reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars: 1. The back heel sticks out a little more than I think it should. This causes a small problem with some stairs (revealing the fact that these stairs are not very well planned, but still). When climbing the stairs. The tip of the sole sticks out a little more than it should. Since it protects my toes, it also sometimes makes me trip when I climb stairs. This reason is very small, but I noticed it. 2. The main reason for not giving 5 stars is that although the tread is very grippy even on wet, icy and slippery deckwood, the tread only has horizontal ribs. My legs tried to get out to the side from under me several times. no lateral slip resistance. Knowing this and getting used to it, I adapted, but it's something that could easily be improved with a wavy or herringbone pattern, albeit very light. Since outdoor use is very limited, I assume it will have a long service life. for some time.
