I LOVE that it comes with so many extra mop heads, especially since my floors (with 4 kids and 4 dogs, husband and sometimes 3 ducks 😊) get dirty quickly. BUT you will definitely need it as they fall apart quickly leaving strands everywhere and clogging up the bucket! If force is used, the handle flips up for a rotating function instead of cleaning. The mop does a wonderful job of squeezing out excess water and solids. The bucket is not so inconvenient to move, but not very convenient due to the too short and weak handle. It also feels more like that and generally unreliable. This allows me to mop, I don't have to touch the water (I haven't even tried the drain hose), and it ends up getting the job done.
