Very good as a canopy in an unused room but not for everyday use.
We painted our bedroom a rich blue and I found a beautiful canvas map (in various shades of blue) over our headboard. This bedspread seemed perfect for the room. At first it looked great. It was a bit stiff but I figured it would soften over time. Not as much. It's shrunk a few inches (we only wash it in cold water), has faded noticeably, and now has a quarter-sized hole in it after only about three months. If it was half the price I paid for it I wouldn't mind, but these flaws are too great to pay that much for this item.
