The bag itself is smaller and the shoulder strap is longer than described. The outer material, including the inner lining, is cheap - meaning it's thin and feels like something you'd buy at a dollar store. The design is NOTHING like the photo of the flowers (I bought the feather design with a white background - the gold has turned chocolate brown, the white is more of a light grey, black in many places.). Your photos are very deceptive. If you want something good, keep looking; this is NOT that.
