The team has been brilliant with their approach, always listening and very responsive with any issues we've had over time since implementation in May 2020.Would definitely recommend them! Not much - it works perfectly & they have continued to listen on all updates required so far & are regularly monitoring our KPIs too. Highly recommended if looking out for best contact tracing solution across platforms like Whatsapp/Wechat / Facebook etc., as compared to other services providers. Easy integration into existing app ecosystems used by workers (e.g. WeChat) or otherwise new apps deployed such as Zoom Video Conferencing which include integrated call records and contacts search. There are many features in this software which I like. The interface is very simple and easy to use. I love the way it helps me to keep track of my employees as well as customers. Sometimes, there is a lag between when an employee logs into the system and when the data shows up. This makes it difficult to determine if they have been exposed or not. If you want to know how many people are sick and what their symptoms are, this is the best tool.
