Not quite universal
According to the description, it works with Garmin. Unfortunately, the device sits at an angle in the standing area due to the power cord. This makes it easier to get out of the bracket when driving over bumps in the road. Enough if the original bracket has been lost. Works best with most GPS enabled phones and tablets but I would double check the dimensions just in case.
