Review on ๐Ÿšด Blackburn Dual-Purpose Front and Rear Bicycle Light by Josh Parson

Nice little flashlight to look at

This is a great little flashlight to look at. I think this works great during the day when you're seen from the front as a 60 lumen flashing white safety light to prevent cars moving in front of you. As a real headlight, however, 60 lumens is pretty bloodless and should only be considered as an emergency measure. This light is small enough that I can tie it to spacers under the stem so it doesn't get in the way. Remember as others have said the plastic clip and rubber band are quite fragile so be careful. To get to the charging port (much better than the batteries!) you have to almost completely detach the flashlight from the mounting strap, and then people will likely snap the clip off. I've had it for a year and unplug it for charging at least twice a week and the plastic clip has worked fine for me but the rubber band is starting to snap from constantly stretching to install it. I recently bought a new mounting strap from the Blackburn website for $4 each + shipping which is handy as they come with small replacement parts.
