Let me start saving first I'm NOT a professional. I got my lashes done yesterday and I HATE them. They were long, thick and very unnatural looking. I started trimming them, which was a very bad idea because it only made things worse. Having no other options, I searched for eyelash removers and found this. It arrived today and I immediately opened the box and lathered it onto my lashes. Bad idea. If I had read the instructions I would have seen that 1- it says it's for professional use only and 2- it says keep away from skin and eyes. As I mentioned, I'm not a professional, so as you probably guessed, I had this substance on my eyelids and lashes, and yes, it got into my eyes. DO NOT LET IT GET IN YOUR EYES. It's gonna burn like hell. I actually thought I was blind. I managed to wash it off (without using my eyes) and apply it more gently this time (just on my lashes). After a few minutes I carefully removed the extension with tweezers and it just slipped off! I was so glad my eyelashes were intact and I didn't go blind. I recommend this product, but I also strongly recommend using it with caution.
